Due to the Covid-19 crisis organisations are going through big strategic and financial changes. And people are forced to change the way they work and interact with their network.
All these changes may cause people to feel more alienated from their task-based communities. As physical interaction (and constraints) decrease, people are starting to navigate towards communities that share similar values and aspirations.

For anyone looking to unite people, energise and vitalise an existing community or to give birth to a completely new group.
The course is divided in 5 online sessions and each meeting is dedicated to a certain aspect of community building. Between sessions participants work individually or in small groups. Participants gets their personal Community Builder Workbooks.
Participants can come from the same organisation but mixed groups can also be very fertile.
Maximum number of participants for each course is 20. You can buy the course for 5, 10, 15 or 20 people.
The dates can be adjusted to match participants schedules.
